�`i EN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: October 10, 2011 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council Members <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />FROM: Meagan Beekman, City Planner <br />SUBJECT: Appointment of Janet Stodola to the City of Arden Hills Planning <br />Commission as Alternate <br />Background <br />City staff received an inquiry from Janet Stodola to serve on the Planning Commission on <br />September 21, 2011. Ms. Stodola previously served on the Planning Commission from January <br />2007, until December 2009, when she moved to Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Stodola has since moved <br />back to Arden Hills and would like to serve on the Plannin g Commission at this time as an <br />alternate. <br />At present, the City has both a full time and an alternate position open on the Planning <br />Commission. Ms. Stodola will take over Angela Hames' seat, which was vacated when Ms. <br />Hames was appointed as a full time Commissioner in July 2011. This appointment is through <br />December 31, 2013. <br />Requested Action <br />Motion to approve Resolution 2011 -050 Appointing Janet Stodola to the City of Arden Hills <br />Planning Commission as Alternate. <br />Attachment <br />A.
