�iEN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: October 10, 2011 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and Councilmembers <br />FROM: Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director 5// <br />SUBJECT: Website Redesign Ad Hoc Committee <br />Background <br />The City Council has directed staff to proceed with a redesign of the existing City website. Staff <br />has recommended that an ad hoc committee be appointed to make operational decisions so that <br />the website redesign project may move forward on a timely basis. Critical decisions such as <br />final approval of the home page or any decision affecting the project budget will need City <br />Council approval. <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the following individuals be appointed to the ad hoc committee: <br />Councilmember Nick Tamble <br />Sam Scott, Planning Commission <br />Arlene Mitchell, Communications Committee <br />Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director <br />Meagan Beekman, City Planner <br />City Administrator Patrick Klaers will attend and participate in meetings, but will not be a <br />regular committee member. <br />City of Arden Hills <br />City Council Meeting October 10, 2011 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
