DEN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-049 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK COMPLETED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL <br />PAYMENT FOR THE 2010 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 10, 2010 for the <br />2010 Pavement Management Program, T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc., of North Saint Paul, <br />Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated in accordance with such <br />contract to the following streets; <br />Valentine Crest Road, from Valentine Avenue to cul de sac, <br />Valentine Avenue, from Lake Valentine Road to Old Highway 10, <br />Valentine Court, from Valentine Avenue to cul de sac, <br />Katie Lane, from Cleveland Avenue to 1272 feet south, <br />Katie Court, from Katie Lane to cul de sac, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br />MINNESOTA: That the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br />and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Administrator is hereby directed to issue a <br />proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the two year warranty period as specified in the contract <br />shall commence on October 10, 2011. <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />10th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2011. <br />Ct€46' <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />
