EN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: October 19, 2011 EDC Agenda Item 3.D <br />TO: Economic Development Commission Chair and Commissioners <br />FROM: Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director <br />SUBJECT: EDC Meeting Schedule <br />At the August 24, 2011, EDC meeting, Commissioners discussed options for EDC meeting <br />dates. Based on Commissioners' schedules, it appears that meetings on the first Wednesday of <br />the month at 8 a.m. are preferred. <br />More frequent meetings will help the EDC make significant progress on its work plan. If the <br />EDC has little business to discuss in a particular month, the meeting will be cancelled. <br />Recommendation <br />Approve scheduling EDC meetings for the first Wednesday of the month, 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in <br />the Arden Hills Council Chambers beginning with the EDC meeting scheduled for Wednesday, <br />December 7, 2011. <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Economic Development Commission October 19, 2011 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
