Approximately 50 business owners and residents attended the event in <br />addition to City Councilmembers and staff. The event was well - received, and attendees reported <br />that it was informative. <br />Expenditures for the event as follows were paid from the EDA General Fund. <br />Postcard notices (2 mailings) <br />$443.91 <br />Shoreview -Arden Hills Bulletin <br />(2 ads) <br />$422.40 <br />North Heights Lutheran Church <br />(catering and AV services) <br />$1,801.17 <br />Total <br />$2,667.48 <br />As a wrap -up of the event, staff would appreciate feedback on the following questions. <br />1. Would the EDC recommend a similar event in 2012? <br />2. If so, what worked well for the 2011 event? <br />3.
