Zax��asx <br />ABATEMENT OF A NUISANCE at 1976 GLEN PAUL AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, James Morrissette is rhe property owner of the following described property: <br />Address: 1976 Glen Paul Avenue <br />PID.• 333023330071 <br />Legal Description: Dalsaren Addition W 10 46/I00 ft of Lot 2, Block 2 <br />WHEREAS, notice therefore was posted on said property and sent certified mail to the property <br />awr�er pursuant to City Regulations; and, <br />i�'ii�r'��+�, this aba�ement was iniiiaied pursuant to ihe Lity of �irden Hi�is i�unicipal Code; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, ihe Arden Hills City Council held a hearing on Octaber 24, 20 i 1. All persons <br />present at said rneeting were given an opportunity to be heard and present written staternents. <br />The Council also considered tY�e recommendation of the City Staffthat this abaternent be <br />approved; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESQLVED THAT THE A.RDEN HrLLS CITY C4UNCIL <br />hereby aclopts Resolution 2011-OSI, ordering tlae abatement of the accumulation of any debris or <br />garbage that daes not co�ply with City regulations ai 1976 Glen Paul Avenue, and to charge ihe <br />property owner for t�e full cost of abatement, pi�s an administrative fee in the amount af $125. <br />The City Administrator is authorized to monitor the property throug� Ociober 24, 20�3; ar�d to <br />abate any accurnuiation af debris or gar�age tihat does not comply with City regulations, and to <br />charge to the property owner for eac� subsequent abaternent, the iull cost of the abat�ment, plus <br />an adm inistrative fe� in the amount of $ i 25; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, In tihe event that ihe property owner does not pay any portion <br />of the charges, that tl�e unpaid amount shall be assessed against the Property, to be collecied with <br />ihe real estate taxes in the year in which this Resoiution is recorded, together with an Aff�da�it of <br />Cost incurred, and that any assessments levied pursuant to this Resolution shail bear interest at <br />
