--ARZEN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-051 <br />ABATEMENT OF A NUISANCE at 1976 GLEN PAUL AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, James Morrissette is the property owner of the following described property: <br />Address: 1976 Glen Paul Avenue <br />PID: 333023330071 <br />Legal Description: Dalsoren Addition W 10 46/100 ft of Lot 2, Block 2 <br />WHEREAS, notice therefore was posted on said property and sent certified mail to the property <br />owner pursuant to City Regulations; and, <br />WHEREAS, this abatement was initiated pursuant to the City of Arden Hills Municipal Code; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council held a hearing on October 24, 2011. All persons <br />present at said meeting were given an opportunity to be heard and present written statements. <br />The Council also considered the recommendation of the City Staff that this abatement be <br />approved; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL <br />hereby adopts Resolution 2011 -051, ordering the abatement of the accumulation of any debris or <br />garbage that does not comply with City regulations at 1976 Glen Paul Avenue, and to charge the <br />property owner for the full cost of abatement, plus an administrative fee in the amount of $125. <br />The City Administrator is authorized to monitor the property through October 24, 2013; and to <br />abate any accumulation of debris or garbage that does not comply with City regulations, and to <br />charge to the property owner for each subsequent abatement, the full cost of the abatement, plus <br />an administrative fee in the amount of $125; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, In the event that the property owner does not pay any portion <br />of the charges, that the unpaid amount shall be assessed against the Property, to be collected with <br />the real estate taxes in the year in which this Resolution is recorded, together with an Affidavit of <br />Cost incurred, and that any assessments levied pursuant to this Resolution shall bear interest at <br />
