.� <br />EN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-054 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL LAYOUT (3A) FOR THE <br />US 10/HWY 96 IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is proposing to undertake an improvement to US 10/Hwy <br />96 and is requesting Municipal Consent approving the final layout (3A); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden �Hills is concerned about the effects the improvement will <br />have on the City and provided four conditions to Ramsey County expressing those concerns; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County submitted a letter dated October 21, 2011, adequately <br />addressing each of the four conditions; and <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council that: <br />1. The City approves final layout 3A of the US 10/Hwy 96 improvement. <br />2.
