The priority locations for 2012 will be the triangle parcel at the intersection of <br /> Lake Johanna Road and County Road D, and at Arden Plaza at the intersection of Lexington <br /> Avenue and County Road E. Both signs will have brick masonry bases to complement <br /> development occurring at Presbyterian Homes and Arden Plaza, respectively. <br /> Staff will work with the City Council to define potential landscaping and amenity improvements • <br /> on the triangle parcel. According to the development agreement with Presbyterian Homes, the <br /> parcel should be transferred to City ownership by June 30, 2012. <br /> The City Council will consider the development agreement for Walgreens at Arden Plaza on <br /> January 30, 2012. If the Council approves the development agreement, construction is expected <br /> to be underway fairly soon. Walgreens has already applied for a grading and erosion control <br /> permit, which will be issued subject to City Council approval of the development agreement. <br /> The installation of the gateway sign at Arden Plaza will be concurrent with development. <br /> City of Arden Hills • <br /> Economic Development Commission February 1, 2012 <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
