Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends approval of Planning Case 12-005, based on the findings of fact and the <br /> submitted plans, as presented in the March 7, 2012, report to the Planning Commission. Subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The conditional use permit shall not be transferable to other individuals. <br /> 2. The applicant shall comply with all sections of the City Code, including no more than <br /> four vehicles parked in a driveway at any one time. <br /> 3. Any changes to the structure shall require review and approval from the Building <br /> Official. <br /> Notice <br /> Notice was published in the Arden Hills/Shoreview Bulletin and notice was prepared by the City <br /> and mailed to residents within 350 feet of the subject property. Staff has not received any <br /> comments regarding this application. <br /> Options <br /> 1. Recommend approval as submitted. <br /> 2. Recommend approval with conditions. <br /> 3. Recommend denial with reasons for denial. If the City denies the petitioners request, <br /> "...it must state in writing the reasons for the denial at the time it denies the request." <br /> 4. Table for additional information. <br /> Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on February 6, 2012. <br /> Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue,the City must act on this request by April 5, 2012 (60 days), <br /> unless the city provides the petitioner with written reasons for and additional 60 day review <br /> period.
