EN HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: May 9, 2012 PC Agenda Item 5.A <br /> TO: Planning Commission <br /> FROM: Meagan Beekman, City Planner <br /> SUBJECT: Report from the City Council <br /> B-2 Implementation Plan <br /> The City has begun work on an implementation plan for public improvements outlined in the <br /> Guiding Plan for the B-2 District. As part of the process the City Council has appointed a <br /> Corridor Advisory Committee which consists of business and property owners along County <br /> Road E. The purpose of the committee is to work with the City's consultants and advise the <br /> Council on corridor improvements including access improvements, streetscaping, and traffic. <br /> The consultants will also be meeting individually with each property owner in the District over <br /> the coming months. <br /> March 26,2012, Regular Meeting <br /> The City Council voted unanimously to approve Planning Case 12-005 to allow a home <br /> occupation Class II at 1268 Amble Road.
