Ordinance 2012-002 <br />B. As an alternative to the foregoing, the officer may require the owner <br />of an illegally parked vehicle to remove said vehicle from the subject <br />street or highway during the times limited above. <br />Subd. 11 Prima Facie Evidence of Violation. The operation, use or par'ng of a <br />motor vehicle in violation of this subsection shall be prima facie evidence that the <br />motor vehicle was at the time of the violation controlled, operated and used by the <br />owner thereof. <br />Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. <br />Adoption Date.
