Ordinance 2012-002 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ORDINANCE 2012-002 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 800.03 OF THE CITY CODE <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 8, Section 800.03 of the City Code <br />sliall hereby be amended as follows: <br />800.03 Parking Regulations. <br />Subd. 1 Winter Parking Regulations. Except in compliance with the directions of a <br />law enforcement officer or in compliance with regulatory parliing signs, no vehicle <br />shall be parked on Yhe improved portion of any street or highway in the City <br />immediately after the accumulation of two or more inches of snow and until snow <br />removal or plowing has been completed. <br />Subd. 2 Overnight Parking. No vehicle shall be parked on any street between the <br />hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />Subd. 3 Prohibited Parking Areas. In all residential districts, parking shall be <br />prohibited on any area of private property except on designated driveways or <br />parking lots. <br />Subd. 4 Parl�ing in Driveways. In all residential districts, there shall be no more <br />than four vehicles parked on a driveway. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
