EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012-027 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br /> THE 2013 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets: <br /> Asbury Avenue from Edgewater Avenue to City limits <br /> Edgewater Avenue from Asbury Avenue to Ridgewood Road <br /> Glenhill Road from Asbury Avenue to Ridgewood Road <br /> Ridgewood Road from cul-de-sac to City limits <br /> and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to the 2013 Pavement Management Program for <br /> study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the council with all convenient <br /> speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br /> necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br /> or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br /> recommended. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 13th DAY OF AUGUST,2013. <br /> David Grant,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />
