I-P industrial park district. <br /> (c) Uses permitted with conditions. A structure or land in an I-P district may be used for one or <br /> more of the following uses if its use complies with the conditions stated in section 36-242 and <br /> those specified for the use permitted in this subsection: <br /> (11) Brewery. The conditions are as follows: <br /> a The brewery shall not produce more than 3,500 barrels of malt liquor per year. <br /> b Up to 15% of the gross floor area of the Brewery be used for any combination of <br /> retail and a taproom. <br /> Sec. 36-244. I-G general industrial district. <br /> (b) Permitted uses. The following uses are permitted in an 1-G district. <br /> (15) Brewery. <br /> Sec. 3. The contents of Planning Case File 12-18-ZA are hereby entered into and made <br /> part of the public hearing record and the record of decision for this case. <br /> Sec. 4.
