The following schedule of positions and hourly rates, detail our billing rates for this <br /> project: <br /> Project Hourly Rate Schedule <br /> Team Member Hourly Rate <br /> Kristie Elfering, P.E. $103.00 <br /> Lee Elfering, P.E. $103.00 <br /> Survey Crew(2 — Man) $130.00 <br /> Survey Crew (1 — Man) $ 75.00 <br /> CAD Technician $ 50.00 - $ 75.00 <br /> Administrative Assistant $ 50.00 <br /> The PMP neighborhood survey can be completed with a one-man survey crew. <br /> However, the heavily wooded and vegetated area of the Johanna Marsh will need to <br /> be completed by a two-man crew. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> 1. City of Arden Hills will provide any plat information for the area. <br /> 2. City of Arden Hills will provide any as-built information for utilities within the <br /> corridor. <br /> 3. An attempt will be made to locate property corners during the field survey, <br /> but a formal boundary survey will not be completed for the neighborhood <br /> street project. <br /> 4. Title work will be necessary for the parcel located at 3168 Ridgewood Drive <br /> at an additional cost of$150.00 <br />
