SCHEDULE TWO <br /> After reviewing Johanna Marsh in the field and with our past experience in mapping similar projects we are <br /> recommending that this survey be done after the leaves fall. This would result in a lower cost and better quality <br /> map so therefore our proposal will be based accordingly: <br /> 1. Field delineate the wetlands, <br /> $1200.00 <br /> a. Wetland delineation report which will describe existing functions and values of the wetland(see <br /> attached), <br /> $1300.00 <br /> 2. Monument boundaries of Lot 3 (Johanna Marsh) and set additional points on lines bordering private <br /> property. Set steel fence posts by monuments to help perpetuate boundary lines, <br /> $ 800.00 <br /> 3. Obtain sufficient field elevations to prepare a 1 foot contour interval map. Locate wetland flags, <br /> utilities, tennis court and other significant features, <br /> $2000.00 <br /> 4. Obtain a title report on Lot 3 to determine if land was deeded for park purposes or just public use, <br /> $300.00 <br /> 5. Draft base map at a scale of 1"= 50', <br /> $1200.00 <br /> 56800.00 <br /> Any work outside the above scope of work will be billed at the following hourly rates: <br /> 1. Principal R.L.S. $120.00 <br /> 2. Project Manager R.L.S $104.00 <br /> 3. Survey Technician $68.00 <br /> 4. 1 person GPS field crew $120.00 <br /> 5. 1 person Robotic field crew $120.00 <br /> 6. 2 person Total Station crew $155.00 <br /> 7. Office Manager $50.00 <br /> No additional charge for A.T.V. use. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • If additional work is requested beyond this scope of work and re-staking is required of any of the above <br /> items,work to be billed as an extra at current hourly rates. <br /> • E.G.
