Kicking off this year's event at 3:00 p.m. on the main stage will be the Bethel University Band! <br /> The Bethel Wind Symphony is made up of 70 wind and percussion players that perform the <br /> standard concert band repertoire, from Sousa marches, to orchestral transcriptions, to the great <br /> "Classic" band works, to the newest works being written today. Returning will be favorites such <br /> as the rock climbing wall, bungee trampoline event, hay rides, moonwalk, pontoon rides and <br /> community booths. New activities include a petting zoo, strolling magician, photo booth, <br /> d.j./karaoke, TCAAP tours, community booth demonstrations such as floral arrangement, hair <br /> styling, makeup application and much more. The Shoreview Northern Lights Variety Band will <br /> cap off the evening and lead up to the fireworks at dusk(approximately 8:00 p.m.)! <br /> There will be limited parking at Tony Schmidt Regional Park. For a small fee residents may bring items for drop off and recycling.
