Watermain Improvement Scope <br /> -Staff recommendation: Include replacement of all valves,hydrants in neighborhood as <br /> well as the watermain along Arden Place.Additional watermain would only be replaced if <br /> conditions warrant from field inspection. <br /> J. Sanitary Sewer Improvement Scope <br /> -Staff recommendation: Replace forcemain from LS#3 and LS#7 <br /> k. Storm Drainage <br /> -Pursue agreement with residents adjacent to Lift Station#3 to incorporate public pond <br /> -Pursue agreement with Island Beach Club to incorporate ponding/infiltration in wetland <br /> area along Ridgewood Road <br />
