ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION MINUTES <br /> October 17, 2005 6 <br /> Members of the City Council recessed at 7:40 PM for a brief City Council meeting to consider <br /> the approve claims and payroll related items. <br /> Mayor Aplikowski adjourned the meeting at 7:44 PM <br /> Mayor Aplikowski called the work session meeting to order at 7:50 PM. <br /> Storm Clean-up Update <br /> Operations and Maintenance Director Tom Moore provided the City Council with a status update <br /> on the storm clean-up. <br /> The following is a recap of the projected storm clean-up costs for the City of Arden Hills: <br /> I. Cost of the September 21, 2005 Storm Clean Up as of Wednesday, October 12, 2005; <br /> Curbside Pickup.............................................................$133,646.85 <br /> City Property Cleanup........................................................$7,689.30 <br /> Total Cost (with sales tax) .............................................$141,336.3 0 <br /> I1. Estimated total cost of clean up for October 13 and 14, 2005 is $10, 500.00. <br /> III. Estimated final total costs for the fist phase of the City clean up is $151,386.15. <br /> IV. Estimated costs for the second phase of the City clean up is as follows: <br /> Curbside Pickup...............................................................$26,800.00 <br /> City Property Cleanup......................................................$22,000.00 <br /> Total Cost (with sales tax) ...............................................$48,800.0 0 <br /> V.
