The PSAP <br /> should directly contact the EMHS Duty Officer in a major emergency in <br /> the City of Gem Lake. Gem Lake has indicated that they will need <br /> immediate help from the County and their contracted law enforcement and <br /> Fire/Paramedic providers. The City of Gem Lake will be totally dependent <br /> on Ramsey County EMHS and directly adjacent Emergency Services if an <br /> emergency happens in the City of Gem Lake. <br /> 63 <br />
