Ramsey County-Wide Emergency Operations Plan Revision 5.1,June,2005 <br /> North Line of Succession <br /> Oaks <br /> Mayor <br /> Deputy Mayor <br /> Command and Control issues <br /> The Mayor is responsible for providing overall direction and control of <br /> government resources involved in the response to a disaster. The city <br /> emergency management director will serve in a staff capacity to the mayor, <br /> and will coordinate emergency operations. The city emergency <br /> management director will also serve as a liaison to the Ramsey County <br /> Division of Emergency Management and Homeland Security. <br /> EOC Activation <br /> The City of North Oaks does not maintain a full EOC capability. In the <br /> event of major emergency, the city will request the assistance of Ramsey <br /> County EMHS and neighboring communities for EOC operations. The city <br /> will use existing city structures as necessary for EOC meeting space. <br /> 84 <br />
