St. Anthony utilizes the <br /> Minnesota approved Incident Command System. <br /> The City Manager is responsible for providing overall direction and control <br /> of City government resources involved in the response to a disaster. The <br /> Emergency Management Director will serve in a staff capacity to the City <br /> Manager and will coordinate all aspects of this plan in relation to the City <br /> of St. Anthony.
