Ramsey County-Wide Emergency Operations Plan Revision 5.1,June,2005 <br /> EOC Activation <br /> Location: <br /> 4600 Victoria Street North <br /> Shoreview MN 55126 <br /> The City of Shoreview Emergency Operations Center(EOC) is located in <br /> the lower(downstairs) level Conference Room of the City Hall. EOC staff <br /> will be expected to automatically report to the EOC. However, the <br /> Emergency Management Director is responsible for ensuring that the EOC <br /> is activated according to the criteria established in this plan. <br /> The Lake Johanna Fire Chief and/or the Ramsey County Sheriff's office <br /> will establish an on-scene command post. Major decisions involving issues <br /> that go beyond immediate on-scene activities will be coordinated by the <br /> City Manager or the EOC Operations chief. <br /> The EOC is equipped with emergency power. Room size: 241/2 ft. x 14ft. <br /> Toilet, shower and kitchen facilities are located nearby in the building. <br /> EOC Staffing lists are on file with the Shoreview Emergency Management <br /> Director and includes: <br /> • Mayor <br /> • City Manager <br /> • Emergency Management Director <br /> • City Planner <br /> • City Attorney <br /> • City Engineer <br /> • Public Works Director <br /> • Parks and Recreation Director <br /> • Police Representative <br /> • Fire Department Representative <br /> Communications <br /> The EOC phone is 651-490-4608. A "pass-through"phone number is 651- <br /> 487-1083. There are 10 additional phone patches. The EOC is equipped <br /> with cable TV; Some County Emergency Radio channels; City Public <br /> Works Radio (call sign KOR-609, 458.45 MHz transmit; 453.45 MHz <br /> recv.) and all necessary equipment,paperwork, etc. <br /> Communications with city forces are via radio, land-line, and cellular <br /> phone. Communications with adjacent cities, and other governmental <br /> agencies including Ramsey County are via landline and radio. Internet is <br /> also available. <br /> 92 <br />
