Johnson, Assistant to the City Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: PC #05-19, Richard Kotoski and Kim Bryson d/b/a Bryson Woods <br /> 1978 Thom Drive <br /> Final Plat <br /> Requested Action <br /> Consider the requested Final Plat. <br /> Planning Commission Recommendation <br /> Recommendation and Conditions of Approval <br /> At their November 2, 2005 meeting the Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case#05-19 <br /> and recommended approval (6-0)of the Final Plat for the Bryson Woods development, after <br /> making a finding that the proposed variances were not merely inconveniences, the conditions <br /> upon which the variances are based upon are unique to the property, and the variances will not be <br /> substantially detrimental to the public welfare and are in concert with City regulations; subject to <br /> the following conditions: <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> In Planning Case #05-19, staff recommends approval of the Final Plat for the Bryson Woods <br /> development, after making a finding that the proposed plat is consistent with previous approvals <br /> for the Preliminary Plat. Said approval is subject to the following conditions: <br /> A. Recording at Ramsey County. The developer shall file the Final Plat with the <br /> Ramsey County Recorder and provide the City with a recorded copy. <br /> B. Compliance with City Code.
