City of Arden Hills Ordinance#353 Adopting the Minnesota State Fire Code <br /> Section 3804.2. The storage of bulk liquefied petroleum gas is restricted for the <br /> protection of heavily populated or congested areas in all zoning districts as ---N <br /> follows: R-1, R-2,R-3, R-4, B-1, B-2, and NTS Neighborhood Business. <br /> Section 3. That Ordinance # 900.06 and 900.07 of the City ordinances adopted <br /> December 17, 2001, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith <br /> are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 4. That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance <br /> is, for any reason, held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of <br /> the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would <br /> have passed this ordinance, and each section, subsection, clause, or phrase thereof, <br /> irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, and <br /> phrases be declared unconstitutional. <br /> Section 5. That the Deputy Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause this ordinance <br /> to be published. <br /> Section 6.
