ARn EN <br /> - T LLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05-65 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION, DECLARING VACANCY ON THE <br /> ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL <br /> WHEREAS, Council Member Lois Rem has submitted her resignation as a member of <br /> the Arden Hills City Council to be effective the 31St day of December, 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 28, 2005 the Arden Hills City Council received and accepted <br /> Council Member Lois Rem's letter of resignation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council hereby <br /> declares a vacancy effective on the 31" day of December, 2005 in the Council seat held by <br /> Council Member Lois Rem and directs that such such vacancy shall be filled for the remainder of <br /> Council Member Lois Rem's term by appointment of the City Council. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 5th DAY OF DECEMBER,2005. <br /> Beverly Aplikowski,MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Michelle A.
