Please keep in mind that redevelopment <br /> of an existing property is very different from that of a newly constructed property and the <br /> suggested design changes incorporated herein make redevelopment of an existing property <br /> impossible. <br /> Subd. 1 Minimum unit size. 600 SF plus 100 SF for each bedroom. <br /> e r , <br /> F 1E <br /> CB <br /> Subd. 2 Security Plan.
