• personally I just don't like the building in the middle — it was nicer before • unsightly on south boundary no place for a dog park needs work by baseball field 1 hate the bathrooms and suggest we look at alternatives —there are some out there that look better • trails are rough — needs coating and some repair • not rollerblade suitable garden at cul de sac sign needs work • love the girl scout tree ID sign • why is the bench memorial notched out— does not look as good picnic shelter, small picnic area and playground equipment looked good • basketball court and tennis courts look good — both in use • entrance from parking lot—junky— no grass • porta potty enclosure looks good why is the soccer field brown with irrigation • new park bench — plaque notched into seat backboards —tacky • trail from baseball field to Lexington needs some work • possible dog park site at hockey rink • playground looks great • trails starting to deteriorate • Cummings is a very nice park • entrance by parking lot needs a little blacktop where people walk in, instead of the gravel/dirt. It gets muddy • love the rolling hills and lake view from trail • nice sign "Cummings Park" with large bed of weeds in front of it • Needs some shrubs planted • Near Fair Isaac • sign on cul de sac • sign on cul de sac looks good — nice garden in front of it • tennis courts resurfaced — in great shape • green grass — good weed control • do have slab problem — building • soccer fields look nice as do tennis courts • nicely maintained • big, well used park • crew keeps it well groomed • the entry from the street/parking lot could look nicer— pavement instead of dirt get rid of burdock growing nearby • dog park — maybe, but I think there's already plenty of activity there and I wouldn't choose it 0 add trail signage
