• personally I just don't like the building in the middle — it was nicer before <br /> • unsightly on south boundary <br /> no place for a dog park <br /> needs work by baseball field <br /> 1 hate the bathrooms and suggest we look at alternatives —there are some <br /> out there that look better <br /> • trails are rough — needs coating and some repair <br /> • not rollerblade suitable <br /> garden at cul de sac sign needs work <br /> • love the girl scout tree ID sign <br /> • why is the bench memorial notched out— does not look as good <br /> picnic shelter, small picnic area and playground equipment looked good <br /> • basketball court and tennis courts look good — both in use <br /> • entrance from parking lot—junky— no grass <br /> • porta potty enclosure looks good <br /> why is the soccer field brown with irrigation <br /> • new park bench — plaque notched into seat backboards —tacky <br /> • trail from baseball field to Lexington needs some work <br /> • possible dog park site at hockey rink <br /> • playground looks great <br /> • trails starting to deteriorate <br /> • Cummings is a very nice park <br /> • entrance by parking lot needs a little blacktop where people walk in, instead <br /> of the gravel/dirt. It gets muddy <br /> • love the rolling hills and lake view from trail <br /> • nice sign "Cummings Park" with large bed of weeds in front of it <br /> • Needs some shrubs planted <br /> • Near Fair Isaac <br /> • sign on cul de sac <br /> • sign on cul de sac looks good — nice garden in front of it <br /> • tennis courts resurfaced — in great shape <br /> • green grass — good weed control <br /> • do have slab problem — building <br /> • soccer fields look nice as do tennis courts <br /> • nicely maintained <br /> • big, well used park <br /> • crew keeps it well groomed <br /> • the entry from the street/parking lot could look nicer— pavement instead of <br /> dirt <br /> get rid of burdock growing nearby <br /> • dog park — maybe, but I think there's already plenty of activity there and I <br /> wouldn't choose it <br /> 0 add trail signage <br />
