'It <br /> �-ARZEN�HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: April 16, 2012 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> FROM: Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Traffic on Lexington d <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> Snelling Avenue, State Highway 51, has been closed north of County Road E and traffic <br /> has been detoured to other routes. This closing has had a significant impact on local <br /> traffic during P.M. rush hour (approximately 4 to 6 p.m.). Staff has discussed the <br /> situation with the Ramsey County Public Works/Engineering staff, Mn/DOT staff, and <br /> the Ramsey County Sheriffs Department (RCSD).
