The Sewer Access Charge is set by the Met Council, and it is a fee that they increased. <br /> Miscellaneous/Retail Activities (page 8) <br /> The Tobacco Sales License fee is a proposed increase of$100 to cover participation fees <br /> in the North Suburban Tobacco Compliance Check Project, for compliance check <br /> enforcement twice per year. The overall proposed $300 Tobacco Sales License fee also <br /> includes the cost of the background investigation fee as well as administrative costs. <br /> A Recreational Outdoor Archery Range License was added to the 2013 Fee Schedule to <br /> accommodate for the Special Conditional Use Permit that was issued to North Heights <br /> Lutheran Church at the June 11, 2012, City Council meeting.
