As part of the <br /> review, comments are requested from each community and then a report is compiled <br /> using the feedback from each city. <br /> The form for providing feedback is very basic and is as follows: <br /> l.) What went well in 2012...(What are the strengths of the department; and what <br /> accomplishments did you see in 2012?) <br /> 2.) What did not go well in 2012...(What concerns do you have; what <br /> weaknesses did you see in department services in 2012?) <br /> 3.) What would you suggest for improvements in services in 2013...(What would <br /> you like to see that has not been happening; and what has been happening that <br /> doesn't need to be done?) <br /> 4.) Other comments? <br /> Attached are the comments from Arden Hills from last year. <br /> Policing activities that seemed to go well in 2012 include: <br /> The "active shooter" City Council work session <br /> Having Sheriff Bostrom attend the Council August work session(2 way <br /> communications) <br /> More public information being available on the improved RCSD website <br />
