lt <br /> EN HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: October 29, 2012 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> FROM: Terry Maurer, Public Works Director <br /> SUBJECT: 2011 PMP Final Payment#4 <br /> Background <br /> The City Council awarded Astect Corporation of St. Cloud, Minnesota, the 2011 <br /> Pavement Management Program (PMP) project on April 25, 2011, in the amount of <br /> $1,056,476.80. Change Order 41 was approved by the City Council at the August 8, <br /> 2011, meeting in the amount of $9,322.60 for minor modifications to the storm sewer <br /> improvements. There were no other changes to the contract amount; therefore, the total <br /> contract amount was $1,065,799.40. <br /> There was no additional work performed for payment with this pay estimate, it simply <br /> reflects the coordination of final quantities and the release of the 5% retainage. Final <br /> payment#4 is in the amount $64,651.80. <br /> Financial Implications <br /> With the final payment the total paid to the contractor is $1,057,872.89 which is slightly <br /> under the awarded contract amount.
