The City Council directed Staff to move forward <br /> with a zoning study to look at multi-family design standards. Based on the zoning study, on <br /> September 24, 2012, the City Council voted to approve Ordinance 2012-007, adopting new city- <br /> wide regulations for multi-family dwelling units. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends approving Resolution 2012-038, rescinding Ordinance 2012-005, and lifting <br /> the city-wide moratorium on multi-family dwelling units. <br /> Attachments <br /> A.
