The City, nor the <br /> developer, is bound by a concept review discussion; however, it is important for the City to <br /> provide comments that reflect the opinions of the Councilmembers as accurately as possible, <br /> with the understanding that a full application would offer much greater detail about the project. <br /> The applicants are specifically looking for feedback about the proposed use of the site for senior <br /> housing, the site layout and building improvements, and the possible subdivision of the property <br /> into two parcels. <br /> Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> No review deadlines are associated with concept review applications. <br /> Attachments <br /> A.
