EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012-037 <br /> A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION FOR <br /> METROPOLITAN COUNCIL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br /> MUNICIPAL INFILTRATION/INFLOW GRANT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, a solicitation process for capital improvements in municipal wastewater <br /> collection systems to reduce the amount of inflow and infiltration to the Metropolitan Council's <br /> sanitary sewer disposal system is available to the City, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> The Arden Hills City Council adopts this resolution authorizing staff to apply for Metropolitan <br /> Council Environmental Services Municipal Infiltration/Inflow Grant for improvements to the <br /> City's sanitary sewer infrastructure to reduce inflow and infiltration. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 29th DAY OF OCTOBER,2012. <br /> David Grant,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />
