APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Councilmember Holden requested that Item 5B be pulled from consent and discussed as item <br /> 6A. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Tamble moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meetinjj agenda as amended.
