EN HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: November 28, 2012 PC Agenda Item 4.A <br /> TO: Planning Commission <br /> FROM: Meagan Beekman, City Planner <br /> SUBJECT: Report from the City Council <br /> r <br /> October 29,2012 Regular Meeting <br /> The City Council vote (4-1; Holden dissenting) to lift the City-wide moratorium on Multi-family <br /> dwelling units. <br /> The City Council voted unanimously to approve Planning Case 12-015 for a Zoning Code <br /> Amendment and CUP Application at 1260 Red Fox Road to allow a microbrewery with taproom. <br /> The Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval for this item at their <br /> October 3, 2012, meeting. <br /> November 13, 2012 Work Session <br /> The City Council discussed a proposal from Sand Companies, Inc to amend their development <br /> agreement for the development of the Arden Village apartment building at 1245 County Road F. <br /> Sand Companies is requesting to convert their proposed development from affordable workforce <br /> housing units to market rate units. Four units would remain affordable.
