All items requiring timely action have been <br /> placed on the Council's December 10, 2012, agenda and on the December 17, 2012, special <br /> Council meeting agenda. <br /> This year, the last Monday of December falls on December 31, 2012. <br /> Council Action Requested <br /> Motion to approve the cancellation of the December 31, 2012, regular City Council meeting. <br />
