1. Fire and rescue calls; <br /> 2. False alarms; <br /> 3. Alarms by day,classification,structure or vehicle and response time; <br /> 4. Mutual aid calls; <br /> 5. Fire Inspection Report; <br /> 6. Fire investigations; <br /> 7. School fire prevention programs conducted;and <br /> 8. Public educational programs conducted. <br /> 7.0 Mutual Aid Agreements. Fire Department shall maintain its membership in the <br /> Capital City Mutual Aid Association and shall enter into such mutual aid agreements as it <br /> deems appropriate and necessary. Such agreements shall be premised on the condition that <br /> equipment or personnel will not be sent outside the Fire Service Area if the Fire Department's <br /> Fire Chief,or the Chiefs designee,determines that it is needed in the Fire Service Area. Copies <br /> of all mutual aid agreements shall be filed with City and Fire Department shall keep City <br /> informed of the requirements,rules and regulations of all mutual aid agreements to which it is <br /> a party. <br /> 8.0 Annual Submittals. The following items shall be submitted to City: <br /> A. Ooerating Budget. On or before July 1st of each year, Fire Department will <br /> submit an annual operating budget for the period January 1 through December <br /> 31 of the following year. The operating budget will be itemized for each station. <br /> City will make quarterly operating budget payments on or before January 15th; <br /> April 15th;July 15;and October 15th. <br /> B. Five-Year Capital Improvement Budget. On or before July 1st of each year and <br /> along with the operating budget,Fire Department shall submit a five-year capital <br /> improvement budget which itemizes vehicles and equipment which are <br /> estimated to cost more than$10,000. <br /> C. Annual Audit. On or before July 1st of each year,Fire Department shall provide <br /> a copy of the previous year's annual certified audit. <br /> 5 <br />
