Any such agreements entered into or modified after issuance of a license or permit shall be <br /> filed with the city prior to the new agreement or modification becoming effective. The initial <br /> approval and the continuance of a license or permit is contingent upon these agreements <br /> complying with this subchapter and state statutes and regulations.
