'It <br /> EN HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: January 14,2013 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> FROM: Terry Maurer, Public Works Director . <br /> SUBJECT: Ramsey Conservation District Shared Service Agreement <br /> Background <br /> Since 2009 Ramsey Conservation District has been assisting the City with inspections <br /> required by the City's Grading and Erosion Control Permits under Chapter 15, Erosion <br /> and Sediment Control Ordinance. The service provided by Ramsey Conservation District <br /> has been working very well. <br /> Attached is the Shared Service Agreement between the City of Arden Hills and Ramsey <br /> Conservation District to continue this service through 2013. There are no changes to the <br /> Agreement from 2012 including the price which is exactly the same per hour.
