Based on 48 REU, and the estimated street improvement costs, the <br /> estimated assessment rate per REU is $8,939.03 for Alternative 1, Reconstruction, and <br /> $4,445.77 for Alternative 2, Reclamation. <br /> Neighborhood Survey Results: <br /> A survey was conducted to solicit input from the neighborhood on a few key items. The <br /> results of the survey are attached to this memo. As of January 8, 2013, there were 32 <br /> responses to the survey out of 48 properties proposed to be assessed.
