In order to proceed with this project the City Council needs to order the <br /> improvement and preparation of plans and specifications. <br /> Discussion <br /> Please refer to the Public Hearing memo from Item 7A. <br /> Council Actions Requested <br /> Adoption of Resolution 2013-003: Ordering Public Improvement and Preparation of <br /> Plans and Specifications for the 2013 Pavement Management Program. Minnesota <br /> Statutes state that the adoption of this resolution requires a four-fifths vote. <br /> Provide City staff with direction on the selected pavement rehabilitation approach <br /> (reconstruction or reclamation). <br /> Provide City staff with direction on the storm treatment options (tennis court area, <br /> Johanna Marsh area, other). <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
