Regular Council Meetings. The regular meeting of the City Council of Arden <br /> Hills is to be held on the second and last Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City <br /> Hall. <br /> Section 7. City Attorney. The firm of Campbell Knutson, P.A. is appointed City <br /> Attorney with Joel Jamnik as primary City Attorney. <br /> Section 8. Financial Consultant. The firm Ehlers & Associates, Inc. is appointed <br /> financial consultant. <br /> Section 9. Engineer. The Public Works Director, Terry Maurer is appointed City <br /> Engineer. <br /> Section 10. The fee schedule for the year 2013 was adopted as Ordinance <br /> number 2012-010. <br /> Section 16. Animal Control.
