,-ARQEENHILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: January 28, 2013 <br /> TO: Economic Development Authority President and Commissioners <br /> FROM: Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director J# <br /> SUBJECT: 2013 EDC Work Plan <br /> The Economic Development Commission approved its 2013 Work Plan on December 5, 2012. <br /> The EDC Work Plan is primarily focused on the City Council goal, "Develop relationships with <br /> the business community and establish a reputation as a business- and development-friendly <br /> City." Goals are defined in the categories of: <br /> • New member recruitment; <br /> • Revolving loan program; <br /> • Marketing & outreach; and <br /> • Business visits. <br /> High priority goals have been assigned to be accomplished in the first or second quarters of <br /> 2013.
