Since that time,the functional organization of the <br /> City has changed somewhat. The proposed amendments to the EDA by-laws reflect the City's <br /> current organizational structure. <br /> The EDA reviewed draft amended EDA by-laws on November 26, 2012. Changes suggested by <br /> the EDA are included in the attached by-laws. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Approve amendments to the by-laws of the Economic Development Authority(EDA). <br /> Attachment <br /> A.
