ARDEN HILLS EDA MEETING—DECEMBER 5, 2011 2 <br /> special meeting being held is appropriate to approve the budget and then lay the groundwork for <br /> upcoming meetings. <br /> MOTION: Commissioner Holden moved and Commissioner Werner seconded a motion <br /> to approve the EDA budget as presented. EDA MEMBERS COMMENTS <br /> Commissioner Holmes questioned the need for Arden Hills to have an EDA. <br /> City Administrator Klaers indicated that the comment from Commissioner Holmes raises a <br /> valid issue and would be discussed by the Council at a future work session. <br /> 5.
