-APi DEN�HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: February 11, 2013 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor& City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> FROM: Meagan Beekman, City Planner <br /> SUBJECT: Planning Case#12-019 <br /> Applicant: 1201 County Road E LLC and TAT Properties LLC <br /> Property Location: 1201 West County Road E <br /> Subject: 1201 County Road E Development Agreement Approval <br /> Requested Action <br /> Motion to approve the Development Agreement for the Master and Final PUD regarding the <br /> redevelopment of 1201 County Road E based on the December 17, 2012, Council approval of <br /> Planning Case 12-019. <br /> Background <br /> On December 7, 2012, the City Council approved Planning Case 12-019 to allow the <br /> redevelopment of 1201 County Road E into 75 apartment units and approximately 20,000 square <br /> feet of retail. The Council added two conditions of approval at the meeting: <br /> 1. Two of the EU-B units shall be converted into a one bedroom unit. <br /> 2.
