party asserting the claim of force majeure. A"Force Majeure" shall include, but not be limited to, any acts of God, <br /> strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or industrial disturbances, civil disturbances, shortages of raw materials <br /> or energy, acts, directives or binding orders of any court or governmental authority or person purporting to act <br /> therefor and such orders or regulations (regardless of the validity of such order or regulation) of governmental <br /> bodies or agencies asserting jurisdiction as would inhibit or prohibit performance required by this Agreement.
